By boiling the potatoes whole, infusing them with garlic, and using almond milk and avocado oil, we create a creamy and flavorful side dish that’s perfect for a gathering.

This recipe is so close to my heart because it was my childhood favorite meal, and it definitely is on my kids’ top three favorite meals (they tend to change what they like on the daily). I think it might be everyone’s childhood favorite though am I right?
